Harry Retires.

After 37 and a half years Harry Fearman unships the anchor.

From Annie:

He  kept it a total secret, the crew only knew on the last trip back to Hornby. I would have told you if I had been allowed. Aileen took the pictures.

Great Crew (except, of course, Al’s jokes)

Guest photographer Aileen Fearman

Thanks Harry for all those safe passages and for being such an easy going guy. The ferry is a natural extension of island life so thanks for making it a fun and friendly space.

Happy Retirement.

  4. Well it ain’t no use to sit and wonder why, babe
If you don’t know by now
It ain’t no use to sit and wonder why, babe
    It’ll never do, some-how
When the rooster crows at the break of dawn
Look out your window and I’ll be gone
You’re the reason I’m travelin’ on
But don’t think twice, it’s all right

Enjoy your new life Harry – It has been great having you as our Captain.

  5. i believe i speak for a large number of people when
