38 days in the hospital. Major surgery to legs, one big toe (left) didn’t survive. Hospital people are run off their feet. so happy to be home. Once again, thanks for all the best wishes and consoling thoughts. It meant a lot to me.
I’m going to try to get the blog going again. It may start ouit with repeats as they are easy to do and relative.

In hospital right now. big operation then fell out of bed. the two are not related except i’m obligated to stay until i can function better. thanks for your concern. that’s all i can type at this time.
Update
Been waiting impatiently for the removal of my left big toe. I know, scary and depressing , but apparently it’s either that or me.
Probably tomorrow late afternoon. A couple days rest and should be good to go.
I miss the island. Not the squabbles. Can’t wait to see what spring is springing.
