Grey Whale
1988/The whale ended up at the ferry landing, Denman East. Rare sighting of a Grey whale in those days.

2003-Herring Fishery
These photos were taken from the Quinitsa . The fishery was between Denman West and Buckley Bay. The ferry did a remarkable job of avoiding these boats.
