  1. the rice noodles were from the Ying Leong Look Funn Factory, the owner, Fu Ying Chee has operated it for more than 50 years(we watched them make the noodles,all by hand)they make over 2000 pounds A DAY and sell plain noodle sheets to restaurants for fresh chow fun dishes. The Korean BBQ chicken was from Jackie’s Kitchen, a favorite hole-in-the-wall in Chinatown.
