  3. I don’t supposed you remember why all these people were gathering at this location? A protest perhaps? The 7 Little Tailors shop in the background used to belong to my grandfather, George Kariya. He worked for the original owner and then eventually purchased it from him. The original owner, a Jewish man named Mr. Brown, had seven daughters, hence the name. My grandfather sold it in the fall of 1967.
