To clarify:
The big 2-piece sandstone formation, correctly labeled here as Mushroom Rock, was on the Spray Point edge of Big Tribune.
I don’t know when it fell; must’ve been an earth tremor, hey?
The conglomerate formation at the left hand edge of the little Helliwell cove also looked like a mushroom. But the cove had a name already, which the influx of new residents in the 1960’s didn’t know, and most people still don’t. It’s Agate Beach.
