So appreciate your photo archive, Bob.
Dick had so many abilities. I do remember building the Empress Hotel in 16th scale, in Victoria, using the original plans. The hard part of the job was what Dick undertook: establishing the ground elevations ! Might have excited a civil engineer, but it was a lot more fun to put buildings on top , in my view.
Getting through our emotional struggles in those years was the greater part of the process.
Recently heard someone say:
Wisdom is born of Experience,
And Experience is born of Mistakes.
As a White Hair, I do qualify!
