I never had my own place on Hornby. I lived in Royston and Courtenay. But the friends and acquaintances from that Amazing Island are in my mind forever. I stayed at Jerry and Margaret Pethick’s place for a few weeks, when Jerry had the Canada Council Studio in Paris. (1981?) And visited them there later. I stayed with Annette Hurtig for awhile. And visited numerous others, such as Billy Little (Zonko) I miss them all! Ray Carter, formally known as Mandad. Thanks Bob. Affection, Ray~ currently living in Brooklyn.
