We had so many memorable trips on that boat. The most memorable was with 12 of the 13 children who were in our school in 1970. We somehow managed to put all the kids, the luggage, my mother and Laura into our red Volvo station wagon. All we needed to do was drive on and then a huge release. You should’ve seen the look on the faces of the crew. We did it to save money.
